About the Role

Moni’s Massage Clinic is looking for a caring, professional, and dependable Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing clinic in Beaumont, Alberta.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and feel their best. You should be confident providing personalized massage treatments while creating a welcoming, respectful, and comfortable experience for every client.

Our clinic offers therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, hot stone, and cupping treatments. This is a great opportunity for an RMT who values quality client care, professionalism, teamwork, and building lasting therapeutic relationships.

What We’re Looking For

• Completion of a recognized Massage Therapy diploma program with at least 2,200 hours of training
• Active membership and good standing with a recognized professional massage therapy association
• Eligibility to provide insurance receipts accepted by major Canadian benefit providers
• Valid professional liability insurance
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic massage techniques
• Professional, reliable, compassionate, and client-focused
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to client confidentiality, informed consent, and professional ethics
• Availability for some evenings or weekends is preferred
• Training or experience in deep tissue massage, cupping, hot stone, prenatal massage, or other therapeutic techniques is an asset
• Previous clinical experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and assess each client’s treatment needs
• Develop safe and personalized massage treatment plans
• Provide professional therapeutic, relaxation, and deep tissue massage treatments
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely client records and SOAP notes
• Explain treatment recommendations, home-care suggestions, and follow-up plans clearly
• Obtain informed consent and maintain appropriate professional boundaries
• Keep the treatment room clean, organized, sanitized, and ready for appointments
• Follow all clinic policies, health and safety procedures, and infection-control standards
• Manage appointment times responsibly and provide reliable client care
• Support a positive, respectful, and collaborative clinic environment
• Help build strong client relationships and encourage appropriate rebooking and continuity of care
